I use this for breakfast during my workweek since I'm up at the crack of dawn and don't have time to eat a full breakfast. It's also good for satisfying a sweet craving in a healthy way. Ingredients

    I serving chocolate whey protein powder
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 tbsp almond butter

Directions

Measure out the ingredients and put them in a blender or tall Magic bullet cup. With the Magic Bullet, twist on the Cross Blade, lock on and mix until smooth, usually 30 seconds or less. If using a blender, blend on high until smooth.
