Ingredients

    Preheat Oven to 350F.

    3 Eggs
    1/4c Diabetic Sweet, Original
    1t Salt
    2t Vanilla
    32oz Oikos Greek Yogurt, Fat Free, Vanilla

    1 Can Lucky Leaf Red Tart Pitted Cherries, Water Pack
    1 1/2 T Corn Starch
    1/2 T Margarine
    1/2T Diabetic Sweet

Tips

I find Diabetic Sweet in HEB in the Pharmacy and Lucky Leaf Tart Cherries also at HEB.


Directions

Beat Eggs. Mix in Diabetic Sweet, Salt, and Vanilla. Mix in Yogurt. Spray 9-10" Pie or Cake Pan or in 9" square pan. Pour into pan. Bake 50 Min at 350F. Test with knife. Cool.

Drain Cherry Juice into small sauce pan. Add Corn Starch. Stir over medium heat until thick and CLEAR. Remove from heat. Add Margarine and 1/2T Diabetic Sweet. Stir. Stir in Cherries. Cool. Top Cheese cake with cherries. Refrigerate.

Serving Size: Cut into 9 pieces
