Ingredients

    1 small can muir glen tomato sauce
    1 can low sodium black beans
    2 cloves garlic
    1tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp cayenne
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 dried ancho chili pepper

Tips

This is great topped with some ground chicken, plain greek yogurt, diced avocado, onion, and cilantro. This of course would not be vegan if you added the yogurt.


Directions

place all ingredients in pot and simmer on med for 20 min or longer.
