    Egg, fresh, 1 large

    Butternut Squash, 3 cup, cubes
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    *Skim Milk, 1.50 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped
    *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, lightly grease muffin pan.
Med. Saucepan boil squash, remove from heat when tender and puree.
large bowl whisk flour, baking powder, applesauce, salt and pumpkin spice.
