Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    14 slices Land O Frost sliced meat
    1/2 cup Milk, 2%
    1 cup Rice flour, white
    10 Large Eggs
    1/2 cup Scallions, raw
    2 tsp Salt
    6.5 oz Cheddar Cheese
    4 Tbs Butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.
Lightly spray 13x9x2 pan with cooking spray.
Sprinkle cheese, meat, and scallions on bottom of pan.
Mix together eggs, butter, salt, flour, and milk; whisk together until smooth. Pour into pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 min, or until set. Serve either hot or cold.
