Ingredients

1 slice flaxseed bread
2 oz hamburger, mixed with some bread crumbs, onion and salt and pepper
1 slice pepperjack cheese (or any you might want to substitute as long as nutritional info is same)
Directions
Toast one side of bread in broiler
When done, put mustard on untoasted side, spread ground beef to cover bread
Put in broiler until ground beef is mostly cooked
Add cheese and put in broiler for a few more seconds until it is melted and browned
Serving Size: 1 (adjust for family)
