Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
    *Caulflower Steamed, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Tomato Paste, 0.2 cup
    Tofu, soft, 0.5 cup (1/2" cubes)

Tips

Very fast healthy meal,enjoy!!!!!!


Directions

Mix all together and cook for 20 minutes without adding any water because veggie have own juice.
Add some spices and serve with chicken breast or other meat.
