Ingredients

    2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken (light meat)
    4 chopped scallions to taste
    2 stalks celery diced
    2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
    5 Tbls Mayonaise
    1 Tbls Dijon Mustard
    1/4 tsp Curry Powder
    salt/pepper to taste.

Directions

Mix all together in bowl. Keeps well for up to 3 days.

Serving Size: Makes 3- 1 cup servings
