Ingredients

    1 cup Eggs
    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 cup Rum
    1 cup Semolina
    1 pkg Vanilla sugar

Tips

Instead of sprinkling the vanilla sugar, you may mix it with fruit syrup and pour it over the cake or when serving each individual piece.
This adds fruity flavor to the cake, but about 100 calories per serving as well.


Directions

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the rum and the semolina and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray and bake. Sprinkle vanilla sugar on top.
