    1 can light coconut milk
    1 lb green beans, trimmed
    3 green onions, diced
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    o.5 tsp paprika
    2 tsp. curry powder
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    1 tsp corn starch

Tips

Serve over rice


Directions

Combine and bring to a boil.
Cook until shrimp are done (approx 3 minutes)
