Ingredients

    Recipe also calls for 1/2 cup water and 2 Tbsp grated lemon rind, did not put those in the calculations as the nutritional significance is nil.

Tips

Can add poppy seeds or fruit, such as blueberries. Adjust nutritional calculations accordingly.


Directions

Spray muffin liners with baking spray. Bake 375 oven for 16 minutes per recipe. Baking at 7000 ft elevation requires 27 minutes in my oven.
