Introduction

An excellent all in one breakfast for those busy mornings. An excellent all in one breakfast for those busy mornings.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup brown sugar spenda
    24 Tbsp flax meal
    100 g yogurt
    2 medium apples grated
    1/2 cup bran
    8 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinamon

Tips

-substitute carrot, or zuchinni for apple (may need more moisture for carrot)
-add raisons, nuts (remember to count them)


Directions

mix all ingredients together well
place in greased loaf pan

Serving Size: slice into 8 pieces approx 1" each
