Ingredients

    Polly-O Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
    1 Sliced Italian Tomato
    Minced Garlic
    Basil (seasoning)

Tips

Most people use EVOO or vinaigrette for flavor, however the the garlic and basil bring out the flavor of the cheese and the tomato perfectly on it's own.

I have also found that serving at room temperature tastes better.


Directions

Cut the tomato into slices (as thick or thin as you want) and set aside. Then slice the package of cheese into 16 equal slices, 1 serving = 1 slice of cheese, I make mine with 2 or 3 slices if I have a bit of extra calories left over to play with.
