Ingredients


    2 # Ground beef, lean
    1 Egg
    3/4 C Cornflake Crumbs
    1/2 C Onions, raw
    2 T Soy Sauce
    2 T Ketchup, Heinz
    1/2 C Skim Milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together very well. Form into a loaf shape making sure you do not have any gaps or seam openings.

Put into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about and hour and a half. OR cover with a plastic wrap and then aluminum foil and put in freezer for another time,,You can either leave it this way or after frozen - take out of pan and again double wrap with foil , label and put back in freezer, This way you have the pan for something else. When ready to make put back into pan and bake, it takes about a half hour longer from frozen.
