Ingredients

2 cups shredded Low fat Cheddar Cheese
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilis
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup Heartsmart Bisquick
1/2 cup Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
* Preheat oven to 375. Spray an 8 " pie pan with nonstick spray. Put the cheese in the pie pan. Spread the chilies over the cheese.
* In the blender, thoroughly blend the milk, Egg Beaters, Bisquick, and chili powder. Pour this mixture over the cheese in the pie pan.
*Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Let cool for a few minutes before eating or you'll burn your mouth on the cheese! Cut into 6 pieces. Recipe serves 3, 2 pieces each.
NOTE: To serve 6, double all ingredients and bake in a 10" pie pan.
VARIATION: You may substitute 2 eggs for the half cup of Egg Beaters, but the recipe will have more calories.
