***I just played around with this until I loved it. You can add or take away as you feel needed. I made it the way its listed in recipe.***

Tips

I just played around with this. It was so good. I will be making this again and again this fall/winter. If you are not doing low carb, a big chunk of garlic bread would go great with it. :)

Directions

I used a regular stock soup pot with burner set to medium. Saute onions and mushrooms with 1/3 of the stick of butter. This is when I added my Webber Seasoning. When they are to your liking, add chicken and 1/3 more of the butter. Continue to stir around with mushrooms and onions for a few of minutes. Add Cream Cheese and stir until melted. Then add sour cream and stir in until blended covering all items in the pot. I then added chicken broth and the Heavy Whipping Cream and stirred and the rest of the stick of butter. I then added broccoli and a little bit of water to my liking and a little bit of salt and pepper. Let cook for around 30 mins. at medium to low simmer.
