Ingredients

2 Tbsp whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp soy milk (rice milk, almond milk, etc. will work)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
Stevia or similar sweetener to sweeten (couple drops ... equivalent of 1-2Tbsp sugar)
Feel free to add cinnamon or other spices for flavor. Chocolate chips and nuts are welcome.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a single muffin tin.
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Mix together until all the dry part is wet.
Fill muffin tin and bake 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes a single brownie
