    Carrots, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, kale, mustard greens, Apple,

    May add or replace with any of the following (up to perosnal taste) spinach, dandelion greens, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, lime juice, avocado , mint, miso, a splash of apple cidar vinegar

    I prefer apples and kiwi to make it sweet

    For savory: add garlic, bell peppers, hot peppers, miso

    add flax or chia only if drinking immediately
