Introduction

Ingredients

    *Applesauce, MUSSELMAN'S Lite, 4 serving
    Lemons, 2 fruit without seeds
    Limes, 2 fruit (2" dia)
    Oranges, 2 cup, sections
    *Grapefruit, 1 cup sections, with juice
    *Great Value Frozen Concentrated Grapefruit Juice Unsweetened, 8 oz
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 cup, thawed
    Best Choice Mixed Berries, 3 cup
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Take half of each fruit, all of the Applesauce, grapefruit juice, 1 1/2 Cup Splenda (or sweeten to taste) and both bananas and blend into a puree; cook with water til boiling. Cut up remaining citrus and place into pot with the remaining berries and cook 10 mins then let cool down. For added texture you can add a cup of shredded sweetened coconut.
