Introduction

Ingredients

    I teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Serve. (Notice that you use equal parts of lemon juice, Dijon mustard and olive oil, so you can make a larger recipe, using an empty jar with 1 part lemon juice, 1 part Dijon mustard and 1 part olive oil, then close the jar lid, shake vigorously until fully mixed, use and then store in the refrigerator.)
