Ingredients

    Hellmans half the fat mayo, 2 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 1 strip (4" long)
    *Dill Pickle - Bicks Garlic (1 piece), 1 serving
    *No Name -Chunk Light Tuna Packed In Water (Per 1/2 can), 2 serving
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
    Quaker Crispy thin rice cakes, 4 serving
    1 Slice Kraft American Cheese, 4 serving

Directions

Mix tuna with mayo, celery diced small, dill pickle minced, onion minced.

Spread onto rice cakes

Broil for 5 minutes or so until bubbly hot.

Serving Size: makes 4 tuna melts
