Ingredients

4 cups crushed Graham Crackers (Finely crushed)
1 Cup Butter (Melted)
1 box of Coconut Cream Pudding (prepared)
1 Cup Cool Whip
1 Cup Coconut (Toasted Lightly)
Tips
Remember it must stay cold.
Directions
1. Toast coconut on a cookie sheet for two minutes at 400 degrees. Stir every minute until lightly brown.
2. Prepare pudding according to package.
3. Add half of the coconut and cool whip to pudding. Place in Ice Box.
4. Take crushed graham crackers and melted butter and press firmly unto the sides and bottom of a pie pan.
5. Add the pudding to the pie crust.
6. Top with remaining cool whip.
7. Top with remaining coconut.
8. Enjoy
