Introduction

We make chicken taco's, and I had some leftover chicken already marinated in taco seasoning. I decided to try to make a chili out of it. Fantastic! We make chicken taco's, and I had some leftover chicken already marinated in taco seasoning. I decided to try to make a chili out of it. Fantastic!

Ingredients

    I added these ingredients together in a 3 quart crock pot and cooked on low for 10 hours.

    approx 2 cups of shredded roast chicken (bones, skin, and fat removed). This is what we have left over from making chicken taco's, so there is taco seasoning added.
    1 can black beans
    1 can northern beans
    1 can of mexican flavored chilies
    1/2 cup white onion diced
    1/2 cup fresh tomato diced
    1/2 packet of chili seasoning
    fill to top with tomato juice
