Ingredients

1 large Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 large Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 large Orange Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup minced cilantro, preferably fresh
3 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced
2 cups Black Beans
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 Lime
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Tips
One serving includes 2 tortillas and 2 cups of fajita veggies.
Fresh ingredients is preferred for flavor and crispness of vegetables.

Directions
Cut up pepper, cilantro, onion, lime ( into slices), and mushrooms.
set aside lime and combine pepper, cilantro, onion, and mushrooms into one bowl and toss with chili powder.
In pan, cook vegetables on medium high for 10 minutes.
Add Black Beans (already cooked)
Mix together and add 1 cup of vegetables & beans into a tortilla.
Squeeze lime over fajita or use to garnish.
