Introduction

Ingredients

    450grams of Lean Organic Beef Mince
    1 Jar (540g) of Select Bolognese Sauce
    40grams of diced white onion
    25 grams of black sliced olives chopped
    4 swiss brown mushroom sliced
    4 teaspoons of raw sugar
    1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil

Tips

Serve the sauce over pasta and have on toast! - Add some cheese on top if you wish or a dash of sour cream.


Directions

Add oil to saucepan.
Cook onion to soft
Add mince and brown
Once mince is brown add the bolognese sauce
Add sliced mushroom, olives and sugar and turn down to a simmer.
Let cook covered for approx 10-15 minutes
