    1 can whole kernel sweet corn (15 oz)
    1 medium onion
    1 yellow zuchini
    1 green zuchini
    1 head of brocoli
    1 yellow bell pepper
    3 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp garlic salt
    1 tbsp cumin
