Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground veal
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes (or less depending on how spicy you want it)
    1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
    1 egg or 1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/2 tbsp garlic powder (or less depending on your taste)
    2 tsp italian seasoning
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape meat into ball shape by rolling it in the palm of your hand. Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil in frying pan and heat at medium-high. Place formed meatballs in heated oil and fry unitl there is no more pink in the meat.

Serving Size: Makes 6 3 meatball servings
