1 package (10 oz) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
1 can low sodium black beans
1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes - No salt added
4 oz part skim mozzarella
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line roll pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Spread spinach, tomatoes, and black beans. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with fish filets.
Bake for 30 minutes, then top with cheese. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
