Introduction

Faux chicken salad with a little kick. Easy to make and great on an arugula salad, celery sticks or just to eat as-is. I also do corn tortilla rollups or low carb cracker snacks. Ingredients

    6 oz Morning Star Farms Grillers® Recipe Crumbles
    1/2 cup Chopped Celery
    1/4 cup Grated Carrot
    1/4 cup Chopped Onion
    2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    Spices: garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper

Directions

Serving Size: makes three 1-cup servings

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour or so, until flavors have combined and the crumbles are thawed.
