Introduction

Ingredients

    Italian Sausage, 1 lb
    Green Pepper, 1 large, cubed
    Red Pepper, 1 large, cubed
    Onion (any type), 1 large, cubed
    Mushrooms, 1 cup, sliced
    Garlic, 4 cloves, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Hunts Tomato Sauce, one 29 oz can

Directions

Saute peppers and onions in olive oil until tender. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook until both are soft. Add sausage and cook until it is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes (or longer).
