Delicious cold oatmeal that you can make before bed! Put in in the fridge over night, sprinkle some blueberries on top in the morning, and it's ready to go. Ingredients

    1 Kroger (or any other brand) Light Greek Vanilla Yogurt
    2/3 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    pinch cinnmamon
    handful of blueberries

Directions

mix yogurt, oats, cinnamon, and almond milk in a container with a lid. Place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, sprinkle blueberries over the top of the oatmeal and it's ready to eat! VERY filling.
