Introduction

This is an excellent fortified yummy drink ( does keep well in refrigerator but must be whisked before serving, ( it gells up due to jello) This is an excellent fortified yummy drink ( does keep well in refrigerator but must be whisked before serving, ( it gells up due to jello)

Ingredients

    2 c Greek yogurt
    2 c jello sugar free
    2 c cottage cheese

Tips

It keeps well in refrigerator for 3 days maximum. Only thing is you must whisk each time before serving as it gells up due to jello in it.


Directions

First prepare sf jello according to instructions.
After it has gelled you can start preparation.
take and place 2 c prepared sf jello in 2 qt Ninja, add 2 c cottage cheese( we use 4% cottage cheese, but you can use any kind), 2 c greek yogurt
Blend in Ninja until smooth, then serve.
