Ingredients

    4 Skinless/Boneless Chicken Breasts, Diced
    4 Qt. Chicken Broth
    1 Lg. Onion, Chopped
    3 Lg. Carrots, Chopped
    4 Lg. Celery Stalks, Chopped
    1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
    1 14.5 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 t Ground Sage
    1 t Ground Thyme
    1 T Garlic, Minced
    1 T Old Bay Seasoning
    2 Cups Al Dente Carb-Nada Fettuccine

Directions

Cook chicken, drain. Add broth to pot and all ingredients except noodle. Simmer for 1 hour. Bring to a boil, add noodles for 10 minutes.
