    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 (14.5 ounce) can canned tomatoes

    2 carrots, diced
    1 yellow pepper, diced
    1 red or orange pepper, diced
    1-2 tbsp chlili powder

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add turkey, onions and garlic to the pot, and cook until turkey is no longer pink and onions are tender and clear - about 15 minutes.

2. Add remainder of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
