Ingredients

    1 pound 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast
    3/4 cup Dry Quaker Oats-Old Fashioned
    1/2 cup Reduced Sugar Ketchup
    1/4 cup Eggbeaters
    1/3 cup Diced Zucchini
    1/3 cup Diced Radishes
    1/3 cup Green Bell Pepper
    1/4 cup Yellow Onion
    1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper
    1 Tbsp French's Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    1/4 tsp No Salt - Sodium Free Salt Alternative
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Ground Oregano
    1 Tbsp Hot Curry Powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and form into loaf pan (sprayed lightly with vegetable spray). Bake for 50-55 minutes (or until center temperature is 170 degrees).
