Ingredients

2 Thin cut chicken breast
2 Tbs butter (unsalted)
2 Tbs flour
1 Tbs chopped garlic
2 cups Chicken broth
3 Tbs lemon juice
Italian seasoning to taste
Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Directions
1. Trim the chicken breasts and dredge in a small amount of flour, salt and pepper. At the same time bring some water to a boil.
2. Melt a small amount of the butter and place the chicken in a frying pan and brown lightly on both sides. Then place the chicken in a warm oven to finish cooking. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
3. In the same pan you browned the chicken, add the rest of the butter and melt. Add the flour and garlic and mix well.
4. Add the chicken broth slowly, stirring as you do. When all the chicken broth is added, pour in the lemon juice and the Italian seasoning. Mix well and let thicken a little.
5. Drain the pasta and place on plate. Remove the chicken from the oven and place over the chicken. Remove the sauce from the heat and pour over the chicken and pasta and serve.
