Introduction

Veggie Burgers w/Lentils, Beets, veggies Veggie Burgers w/Lentils, Beets, veggies
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients


    1 cup chopped raw beets
    3/4 cup sweet potato
    1/2 cup asparagus
    1/2 cup quick oats
    2.5 cups cooked lentils - cook until very soft
    1 egg


    Braggs Liquid Amino
    Black Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Ground cumin

Directions

Steam beets, potatoes and asparagus then place into food processor and blend until well blended. Add other ingredients and season.

Make into patties and cook in med high skillet. Can be frozen before or after cooking.

Serving Size: makes 8 burgers
