Ingredients

1/2 Small Banana, Mashed
3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp Sweet Leaf Stevia
1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. Unsweetened Milk
2 tsp. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
8g Protein Powder
2 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tbs. Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tbs. Unsweetened Carob Chips
Crumb Topping
1 Tbs. Coconut Flour
1 tsp. Cocoa
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbs. Unsweetened Milk
Directions
Combine wet ingredients, add in dry ingredients (except for carob chips) and mix until no lumps remain. Pour into prepared baking tin. Top with carob chips. Prepare Crumb Topping and crumble over carob chips.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
