    2 lbs pork stew meat
    1/4 C all-purpose flour
    3 tbsp oil
    1 1/4 C white wine
    2 lbs red potatoes, cut in to 1/2 in pieces
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 C finely chopped onion
    1/2 C finely chopped celery
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 cinnamon stick
    3 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

slow cooker for 6-8 hrs
