Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup tamari (gluten-free soy sauce).
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple, strained well.
    8-10 oz. chicken. We used 8.8, makeover the recipe for your chicken amount.
    1 Tbsp. wok oil (garlic/ginger/coriander infused oil available at the store).
    1 Tbsp. sambal chili.


Directions

Super simple:

Slice chicken thinly. Marinate chicken in tamari, pineapple, and sambal. About 20 minutes.

Throw wok oil into the pan and let heat, then pour chicken and marinade into hot well oiled pan.

Stir fry until done about 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 small diet servings or 2 larger servings.
