Ingredients

    Beef Bouillon Concentrate, 1 tsp
    Beef, t-bone steak, 4 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Bay Leaf, 2
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)

    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Green Beans (snap), .5 cup
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced

Tips

You an add other vegetables or seasonings to make it interesting. Sometimes I add a little potato, beans or more pasta.


Directions

Combine meat, 2 tomatoes chopped, onion, garlic, seasonings and water in slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours. Add vegetables, cover and simmer for another hour.
