Introduction

A healthy desert with a serving of veggies and lots of protein! A healthy desert with a serving of veggies and lots of protein!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of plain canned pumpkin, no salt or sugar added
    2 tbsp molasses
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spices, or your favorite mix of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla
    4 cinnamon graham crackers
    1 7-ounce cup of 2% Greek yogurt

Directions

Mix together the pumpkin, molasses, brown sugar, and spices.

Place the graham crackers in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Layer in 8-ounce glasses or wine glasses: pumpkin, graham cracker crumbs, yogurt, pumpkin, graham cracker crumbs.

Chill for four hours... or eat immediately, if you're not that patient.
