Ingredients

    1/4 C Quck Oats
    1/4 C Plain Low Fat Yogurt
    1/3 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    1 tsp Agave Nectar
    1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1 tbsp Flax Seed Peanut Butter
    1 Packet Splenda (optional)
    1/2 Small Banana

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for banana in a jar or tupperware, stirring well. Mix in bananas and stir. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast!
