    Onions, raw, .5 tbsp chopped
    (All Whites) 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Canadian Bacon(Rose), .5 serving
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick
    Spinach, fresh, 5 leaf

Directions

cook peppers, onions in pan then add in egg mix cook. When finished add spinach and tomato on top.
