Ingredients

2 large apples, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup water
.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
.5 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Combine apples, water, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon in crockpot on low. Cook for 3 hours. If you feel like it, stir occasionally to break up apples.
Taste applesauce. Add brown sugar by tablespoonfuls, stirring well to mix, until desired sweetness. Some apples are sweeter than others so it's rather easy to over-sweeten. Cook for another half-hour or so.
Delicious warm or cold.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings (2/3 cup)
