Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen, unsweetened raspberries
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened blackberries
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
    1 tsp. turbinado (raw cane sugar)
    1 tsp. cornstarch mixed with cold water

Directions

Mix first four ingredients in pot on stove and bring to a boil over low heat. Simmer for 20 minutes and then remove from heat. Sprinkle with sugar. Mix together cornstarch and water and then add to pot. Cool in containers or store in fridge. Nice topping for ice cream, yogurt or pancakes.

    Very Good
    This was a tart and tangy berry sauce for our morning French toast and pancakes. We expected this as it has very little sugar compared to other recipes - which we liked! We plan to use the rest to top our ice cream. Will make again! - 11/2/08
