Ingredients

    1 8 oz container Sour Cream
    1 10.75 oz can of Fat-Free Refried Beans
    1 packet Taco Seasoning
    1/2 - 1 cup 2% Shredded Cheese Blend
    1 small tomato diced
    1/2 small can sliced black olives

Tips

Add chopped chives for a little extra kick & color. There are several versions of this recipe & all of them are delicious. You could add a layer of guacamole, salsa instead of plain diced tomatoes, etc...


Directions

Spread refried beans into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish, sprinkle with 1/2 taco seasoning. Mix other 1/2 taco seasoning into sour cream & spread mixture over refried beans. Sprinkle with cheese, add olives & diced tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
