Ingredients

    2-cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
    1 – 15oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 large red pepper
    1 red onion
    ¼ cup golden raisins
    2 T tomato paste
    2 T water
    1 ½ t ground cumin
    pinch paprika
    4 boneless chicken thighs, 1-in cubes
    2 T creamy peanut butter

Directions

Drain Garbanzo beans and place in Crock-pot. Add tomatoes. Dice red pepper and onions and add to pot. Add remaining ingredients. Place slow cooker on High for 3 hours. Enjoy.
Makes 8 - 1 cup serverings.
