    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tbs molasses
    2.5-3 cup whole wheat flour
    1 ts baking powder
    1/2 ts baking soda
    1/4 ts salt
    1 ts cinnamon

    In a large mixing bowl whisk together the honey, oil, milk, and vanilla. In a small bowl combine the 2.5 cups of flour(reserve the rest in case it is sticky), baking powder, soda, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture. Stir until well combined. You may need to use your hands some. Divide the dough in half and roll out half on a floured surface, or you can roll it directly into a greased cookie sheet, Slice the crackers into the size you want. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
