Ingredients

    12 oz. (about 2) Boneless pork chops
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, Reduced Fat
    1/2 soup can water
    2 cups thickly sliced potatoes
    4 oz. sliced onions
    1/8 tsp. Paprika (to taste)
    1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder (to taste)

Tips

You can put baby carrots in with potatoes. Meat should be fork tender.


Directions

Spray frypan with veg oil and brown pork chops. Season with paprika and garlic powder. Spray crockpot. Slice potatoes into crockpot, then put half the onions over them. Mix soup and water together, Spoon some of the soup over the potatoes and onions. Place pork chops on top, with remaining onions on top of chops. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours. Remove meat to platter and cut into smaller pieces. Spoon remaining meal into a serving bowl.

Serving Size: Serves 3 easily or 2 if really hungry.
